I know everytime you sit down to eat something you probably start to have a panic attack, well don’t. Just think meat and greens and high protien, low carbs. When having to decide on what to eat for a healthy meal remember you need a peace of healthy meat and something green for a side. You can have anywhere from a green salad or your choice of green veggies. When deciding on something to drink think no sugar. You can have a large glass of ice water or a large glass of iced tea.Keep dieting simple!
