A little to know about brilliant angie??? Well let see I have always been the type of person that has always had to struggle with not only getting in shape but staying in shape. I became a dancer at the age of 20 and up until that point I always struggled with my weight. I was that girl in high school who starved myself and worked out like crazy but only did I know I was working out the wrong way and starving myself was not help either. After becoming a dancer I decided in order to keep dancing I had to stay in shape the smart and healthy way. By me never eating and exercising I was exhausted all the time and I new at any time I could collapse from exhaustion. To help me in my situation I hired a trainer, she held a title as Miss New
Mexico at one point and for her being 45 she looked like she was 20 so I spent about 6 months training. Before I new it I was in shape and could actually eat with out having a panic attack. From this point on I new the only way to have a healthy and fit lifestyle I had to hit the gym at least 5 days a week and have a good diet in moderation. I retired from dancing at 27 and little did I know I had a shock in store for me. After dancing I had to venture out to see what else life had in store for me, so this mint getting an office job to where I sat on my bum all day. Being I was not a dancer any longer I was now sitting behind a desk and the motivation for being in shape went away and I put on the pounds. After growing out of my entire wardrobe I decided I needed to find some motivation to get back in shape. Well when you now work 40hrs a week at a desk job and attend school full time you hardly have motivation to do those 2 hr work outs that you used to have time for. So I decided I had to learn how to get in shape during my lunch hour every day. I have accomplished being in shape with working 40hrs a week and going to school full time. This is where my web site comes into play with the hope to help women like my self get in shape and feel great about themselves.
