40 Minute Workout 4 Times a week

Results: Rapid Weight Loss (Healthy way), Boost Metabolism, Boost in Energy

Beginner: Rest time in between sets one minute Example: (3=Sets x 20=How many)

Abs: 3×20 ,4 Min of Cardio,Knee Pushups: 3×12, 4 Min of Cardio,Standing Lunges: 3×10,4 Min of Cardio

Intermediate: Rest time in between sets one minute

Abs: 3×30,7 Min of Cardio,Knee Pushups: 3×20,7 Min of Cardio,Standing Lunges: 3×15,7Min of Cardio

Advanced: Rest time in between sets one minute or longer if needed

Abs: 4×30,7to8 Min of Cardio,Knee Pushups: 4×20,7to8 Min of Cardio,Standing Lunges: 4×12,7to8 Min of Cardio

You should be able to switch up a step every 5 weeks. If it starts to feel to easy just take it up a step. Don’t forget to push yourself for maximum results
